17! church netball.
15/1/09
starting off with thursday vb match against christ church. we won 2-0. upon reaching school i decided to peep on the badminton and something attract my attention leading me to join the training. well, our North Zone is less than a week away!

YESTERDAY:
first of all, HAPPY BIRTHDAY ZHENG HOU!
yesterday's training...train a little of physical which we have not done it for like emmm.....very long time. eventually it got me muscle aches. i think our newest coach, current coach, is the best of all since the day i entered Yishun Sec. hahahs. his training is fun and moreover i think its effective!
OKAY FINALLY, TODAY:
went with Elysee to her church then headed to Singapore Chinese Girls' School for some netball game. the game was fun tho. but it causing me to have even more aches. guess it would recover by tml or latest manday? so that i can do my best for NZ. with these aches i cant even walk properly. hahahs! i need a massage! LOLs. oh and not forgetting KRISTY, she was shock to see me there. its fun disturbing Kristy! ^^
